- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- In a saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream over medium-low heat, stirring until warmed through.
- Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet, bittersweet, and unsweetened chocolate until melted and smooth.
- Pour chocolate filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- For the ganache: Heat heavy cream until simmering. Pour over semi-sweet chocolate chips; let stand 1 minute.
- Whisk until smooth and glossy. Pour over the set filling. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
