  • 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces Bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 4 ounces Unsweetened chocolate, chopped
Ganache Ingredients
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  3. In a saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream over medium-low heat, stirring until warmed through.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet, bittersweet, and unsweetened chocolate until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  6. For the ganache: Heat heavy cream until simmering. Pour over semi-sweet chocolate chips; let stand 1 minute.
  7. Whisk until smooth and glossy. Pour over the set filling. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate. You can garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh berries before serving.
