  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Optional
Martini Ingredients
  • 1.5 ounces Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 ounce Vanilla Liqueur (e.g., Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon)
  • 0.5 ounce Heavy Cream
  • to taste Whipped Cream For garnish
  • to taste Crushed Sugar Cookies For garnish

Method
 

Sugar Cookie Syrup
  1. Combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using) in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a simmer.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Martini
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, vanilla liqueur, heavy cream, and sugar cookie syrup.
  2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed sugar cookies.

Notes

For a stronger cinnamon flavor, use a cinnamon-infused vodka or add a dash of cinnamon simple syrup. Adjust the amount of heavy cream to your preference for desired creaminess. Make sure to chill your martini glass beforehand for a perfectly chilled cocktail.
