- Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
- Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds.
- Hull and slice the strawberries.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries, and strawberries.
- If using, gently stir in the chopped mint leaves and lime juice.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill. This step is optional, but recommended.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a sweeter salad, add a drizzle of honey or agave nectar. You can also add other fruits like grapes, kiwi, or pineapple. Consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra decadent treat.
