  • 6 cups Seedless Watermelon cubed
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe cubed
  • 2 cups Honeydew Melon cubed
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves roughly chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
  2. Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds.
  3. Hull and slice the strawberries.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries, and strawberries.
  5. If using, gently stir in the chopped mint leaves and lime juice.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill. This step is optional, but recommended.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter salad, add a drizzle of honey or agave nectar. You can also add other fruits like grapes, kiwi, or pineapple. Consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra decadent treat.
