These Pumpkin Magic Bars are a delicious and easy no-bake treat perfect for fall. A buttery graham cracker crust is topped with a spiced pumpkin layer and finished with a sweet chocolate and butterscotch topping.

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
Pumpkin Layer
  • 1 15 ounce can Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
Topping
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Butterscotch chips

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
  3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, eggs, and flour until smooth.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bars are set and the topping is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of light brown sugar. You can also add chopped pecans or walnuts to the crust for added texture.
