- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, eggs, and flour until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly over the pumpkin layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bars are set and the topping is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of light brown sugar. You can also add chopped pecans or walnuts to the crust for added texture.
