Crust Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 14-ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream, cold
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
  2. Press crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Pour filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set completely.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use salted butter in the crust. You can also add chocolate chips or chopped peanuts to the filling for added texture and flavor.
