Ingredients

Crust Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cups Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream whipped

Equipment

  • 9-inch pie plate
  • Medium Bowl
  • Large bowl
  • Mixer (handheld or stand)

Method

Instructions
  1. Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Use the bottom of a measuring cup or glass to pack it down evenly.
  3. Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the filling.
  4. Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract until completely smooth and creamy. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until just combined. Do not overmix, as this can deflate the whipped cream.
  6. Pour the peanut butter filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.
  8. Once chilled, slice and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter and reduce the added sugar in the crust. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts before serving.
