Instructions
- Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Use the bottom of a measuring cup or glass to pack it down evenly.
- Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the filling.
- Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract until completely smooth and creamy. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until just combined. Do not overmix, as this can deflate the whipped cream.
- Pour the peanut butter filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.
- Once chilled, slice and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter and reduce the added sugar in the crust. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts before serving.
