  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (2 sticks)
  • 12 ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 12 ounces Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows Optional, for topping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to lift the fudge out later.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir frequently.
  3. Add chocolate chips to the melted butter. Stir until smooth and melted.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Optional: Top with mini marshmallows before refrigerating.
  7. Lift fudge out using parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. You can also add chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, or sea salt for extra texture and flavor.
