  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Mandarin Orange Segments
  • 1 cup Grapes halved (red and green)
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries. Halve the grapes. Peel and slice the kiwi.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until thoroughly combined.
  5. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit salad.
  6. Gently toss the salad to ensure all the fruit is evenly coated with the dressing.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For an extra special touch, garnish with a sprig of mint before serving. You can also adjust the amount of honey and lime juice to your preference. Feel free to substitute other fruits based on your liking and seasonal availability.
