Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 14 ounces White chocolate chips (397g)
  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans Optional

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • 8x8 inch baking dish
  • Spatula
  • Parchment Paper

Method

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Gently fold in chopped pecans (or other desired mix-ins).
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate. Feel free to experiment with different mix-ins like pretzels, dried cranberries, or mini marshmallows!
