- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded turkey, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, pecans (if using), sage, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball. You can use your hands or a piece of plastic wrap to help form a neater ball.
- Cover the cheese ball tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the cheese ball to firm up.
- Before serving, garnish the cheese ball with chopped fresh parsley (optional).
- Serve the turkey cheese ball with crackers, breadsticks, or your favorite vegetables for dipping. Enjoy!
