  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Milk chocolate chips Optional, for swirl
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances flavor
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter chips Optional, for added peanut butter flavor

  • 8x8 inch baking dish
  • Whisk or spatula
  • Parchment Paper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir constantly until smooth and peanut butter is melted (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter chips (if using) until melted and incorporated.
  4. Gently swirl in milk chocolate chips (if using).
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift fudge from dish using parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer fudge, use dark chocolate chips. Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
