Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir constantly until smooth and peanut butter is melted (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter chips (if using) until melted and incorporated.
- Gently swirl in milk chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift fudge from dish using parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
For a richer fudge, use dark chocolate chips. Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
