- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggnog, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the eggnog mixture until just combined.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Garnish with nutmeg before serving chilled.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade eggnog. You can also add a layer of whipped cream on top before serving.
