  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Microwave
  • Hand mixer (recommended)
  • Spatula

Method

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer.
  2. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and melted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Stir gently until well combined and the fudge is a uniform color.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to firm up.
  8. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. You can also add a pinch of salt to enhance the sweetness.
