Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Oreo Cookies
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 12 ounces White Chocolate Candy Melts
  • 1/2 cup Red Candy Melts
  • 1/4 cup Green Candy Melts
  • 1/4 cup Christmas Sprinkles optional
  • 1 sheet Parchment Paper

Equipment

  • Food Processor or Ziploc Bag & Rolling Pin
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Baking Sheet
  • Microwave-safe Bowls

Method

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreo cookies: Pulse Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed. Alternatively, crush in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
  2. Combine with cream cheese: Add softened cream cheese to crushed Oreos. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. Use your hands if needed.
  3. Roll into balls: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt white chocolate: Melt white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip and coat: Dip each chilled Oreo ball in melted white chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Decorate (optional): Melt red and green candy melts separately. Once white chocolate sets slightly, drizzle melted chocolates over Oreo balls for a Christmas design. Add sprinkles.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to allow chocolate to set completely.

Notes

For extra festive flair, use different colored sprinkles or add crushed candy canes to the Oreo mixture.
