- Crush Oreo cookies: Pulse Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed. Alternatively, crush in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
- Combine with cream cheese: Add softened cream cheese to crushed Oreos. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. Use your hands if needed.
- Roll into balls: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate: Melt white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip and coat: Dip each chilled Oreo ball in melted white chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place back on the parchment paper.
- Decorate (optional): Melt red and green candy melts separately. Once white chocolate sets slightly, drizzle melted chocolates over Oreo balls for a Christmas design. Add sprinkles.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to allow chocolate to set completely.
