- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, caramel liqueur, and brandy (if using).
- Gently stir the mixture to combine all the liquids.
- Add the thinly sliced apples, orange slices, and cinnamon stick to the pitcher.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the sangria to chill thoroughly.
- Just before serving, add the ice cubes to the pitcher.
- Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with an apple slice and/or an orange slice, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, add a splash of simple syrup or more caramel liqueur. You can also experiment with different types of apples and citrus fruits. Consider adding a splash of sparkling cider or club soda for extra fizz.
