  • 750 ml Dry White Wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Liqueur (Baileys Caramel or similar)
  • 1/4 cup Brandy Optional, for extra warmth
  • 2 Large Apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended) cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 Orange thinly sliced
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 4-6 Ice Cubes

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, caramel liqueur, and brandy (if using).
  2. Gently stir the mixture to combine all the liquids.
  3. Add the thinly sliced apples, orange slices, and cinnamon stick to the pitcher.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the sangria to chill thoroughly.
  5. Just before serving, add the ice cubes to the pitcher.
  6. Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with an apple slice and/or an orange slice, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!

Notes

For a sweeter sangria, add a splash of simple syrup or more caramel liqueur. You can also experiment with different types of apples and citrus fruits. Consider adding a splash of sparkling cider or club soda for extra fizz.
