Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups Cubed Watermelon (seedless)
  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste
  • a few Fresh Mint Leaves optional, for garnish

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp Knife

Method

Instructions
  1. Gently wash all berries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Rinse the watermelon and pat dry.
  2. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  4. Drizzle the lime juice over the fruit mixture.
  5. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and gently toss to coat everything evenly. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. (Optional, but recommended)
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve chilled.

Notes

For a more intense berry flavor, slightly muddle some of the berries before adding them to the salad. You can also add other fruits like cantaloupe or pineapple.
