  • 1 package (16 ounces) Oreo Cookies Finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 24 pieces Candy Corn
  • 24 pieces Red M&M's Candies
  • 24 pieces Orange M&M's Candies Optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Roll small portions of dough into oval shapes for the turkey bodies. Pinch off smaller pieces for the heads and attach to one end of the oval.
  3. Place turkey cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  5. Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Melt white chocolate chips according to package directions. Drizzle melted chocolate over cooled cookies to resemble feathers.
  7. Add mini chocolate chips for eyes, candy corn for the wattle, and red and orange M&M's for legs while chocolate is still wet.
  8. Let chocolate set for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For easier decorating, use a piping bag for the white chocolate. Get creative with other candy decorations!
