- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar; beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the peanut butter filling over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the pie to set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted butter in the crust. You can also add chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips to the filling for extra indulgence. Store leftover pie in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
