  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional, for melting and dipping)
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles (optional, for decorating)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk.
  2. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it comes together.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  5. Place the peanut butter balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. (Optional) Melt chocolate chips and dip the peanut butter balls halfway or fully into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.

Notes

Store leftover peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter.
