- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk.
- Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it comes together.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Place the peanut butter balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- (Optional) Melt chocolate chips and dip the peanut butter balls halfway or fully into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
Notes
Store leftover peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter.
